Candidate Stories

“The program at BIT is one the greatest blessings of my life. Not only did they help me discover my own abilities, they helped fine tune them to not only change my life, but the life of my entire family. Without BIT I would have never learned to stop saying ‘can not’ and start saying ‘have not yet’. From the bottom of my heart, thank you BIT Family!”

Kyle L.

“As an adult with physical disabilities and having a child who is neurodiverse I have been on both sides of the advocacy and exclusion roadways!  I have lost so much in my life., including my confidence.  To be given this chance to reskill and have a new career where I can be a professional again and have the means and power to provide for my family means more than you can ever know!  BIT and Salesforce have not only laid the groundwork to help marginalized groups and prove the potential of all but they have showed a true commitment to value people! Here at BIT we are treated with respect, professionally and given opportunities to not only learn a valuable set of skills but to improve our communication, collaboration and we are accepted unconditionally!  BIT is a catalyst in the workforce and should be the poster board for DEI.  They know that diversity is a fact, Equity is a choice, Inclusion is an action and Belonging is an outcome!  I am so grateful to be part of the “Belonging” here!”

Mary B

“BIT offers a supportive learning environment for individuals wishing to become Salesforce Administrators. I’m deaf and not vision impaired, so I’m thankful that BIT offers training to the wider disability community. Classes are rigorous, but also fun and engaging. I’m sure you’ll enjoy learning Salesforce with BIT!”

Mark O

“This is not only a career changer, but a life changer for me, as I have lost my job during Covid, and been struggling financially. This really means the world to me as I know salesforce is in high demand and opens many doors for me. Being part of this program with bit Academy has been so warm and supportive, the instructors are so encouraging, and the fellow students always willing to support each other.

I feel I have changed in terms of my positive outlook on life in general, as well as very excited about a new career.

I want to thank the BIT Academy from the bottom of my heart for this opportunity.”
