About Liz

After losing her sight several years ago, Liz Choi set out to redefine her career—and found a new passion as a Salesforce Administrator. With a background in pharmacy and a strong analytical mindset, Liz helps internal and external clients streamline their operations through smart, tailored Salesforce solutions. She joined BIT’s apprenticeship program to gain real-world experience, quickly earned her Salesforce Administrator certification, and has since added a second certification while building a proven track record of turning complex business needs into effective tools. “With the right tools and a supportive team, I can confidently plan and implement Salesforce solutions—regardless of the challenges I face due to my disability,” she says.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys reading, traveling, and watching movies and TV shows—activities that reflect her curiosity, imagination, and love of storytelling. Whether she’s exploring a new city or designing a new system, Liz brings thoughtfulness, creativity, and passion to everything she does. Any organization would be lucky to have her on their team.

I applied because I felt it was the best way to gain practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator. I became certified within a few weeks of starting my apprenticeship.
