The project aims to enhance customer engagement and improve operational efficiency at Pawsitive Dog Training Center by implementing a streamlined online appointment scheduling system. This initiative will simplify the booking process for customers while capturing essential details about both customers and their pets. Additionally, the system will provide comprehensive information on the various dog training programs available, including pricing and program duration.
Use Case:
Seymour Hound, the owner of Pawsitive Dog Training Center, seeks to boost customer engagement and streamline appointment bookings. To achieve this, his Lead Salesforce Admin will integrate a third-party application with Salesforce. This integration will allow for the seamless capture of customer and pet information while offering detailed descriptions of the center’s dog training programs. The result will be an improved overall customer experience and increased operational efficiency for the business
